1. What this is

DrawMind is a prediction game and statistical challenge experience available inside the DSReports / DrawMind Mini App. Users answer prediction questions about public draw outcomes using in-app virtual coins.

Coins are in-app virtual currency only. Coins have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for money, and can only be used inside DrawMind.

2. Recharge & Refunds

DrawMind web memberships can be purchased through Gumroad. Telegram purchases may use Telegram Stars where available. Payment processing, cancellation, disputes and refund channels depend on the payment provider used and applicable mandatory rights.

Gumroad memberships renew automatically at the monthly, quarterly or yearly interval you select until you cancel renewal. Cancelling renewal normally stops future renewals while access continues until the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund a payment. Refund requests are handled separately and can lead to earlier deactivation under the refund policy. Check your actual Gumroad order or subscription information for your billing interval and cancellation instructions.

For activated Gumroad web memberships, the following membership refund rules apply.

You may request a refund for an activated DrawMind web membership purchased through Gumroad. The daily rate is the amount actually paid for the current billing period divided by the total number of days in that period. Charges are counted by calendar day from and including the activation date, including days when you do not use the membership, through the day staff actually deactivate it, including that day. Staff review the order and dates to determine the final refund amount; it cannot exceed the amount actually paid for that billing period.

Within 48 hours of receiving a refund request for an activated Gumroad membership, we will review it and deactivate the membership. This period includes weekends and public holidays. It is not a promise that refunded money will arrive within 48 hours. Review, deactivation, refund submission and receipt of funds are separate steps.

DS Reports does not charge an additional refund-processing fee. Any treatment of fees charged by the payment provider or bank must be checked for the actual transaction. Refunds require human review; an AI assistant cannot approve them. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

Memberships paid for with Telegram Stars are activated automatically after successful payment. Quarterly, yearly and first-month promotional Stars purchases are one-time purchases. Do not assume that a standard monthly Stars plan renews automatically; check the actual order. Stars refund requests require human review, and a proportional partial refund is not promised. The Gumroad activation and refund rules do not automatically apply to Stars purchases.

Virtual coins and in-app items are subject to their separate conditions in the Refund Policy. Those conditions do not replace the Gumroad web-membership or separately purchased PDF rules. If there is a clear technical error, failed delivery, duplicate charge, or platform-side bug, support may review the account and may adjust in-app coin balances where appropriate.

3. Fair Play

We monitor activity to detect abnormal patterns (duplicate accounts, automation, abnormal coin growth). If your leaderboard score is paused due to a flag, you can keep playing — the pause only affects rankings. Contact us if you think a pause was a mistake.

4. Referrals

Referral rewards require the invited user to complete a successful payment within the configured validation window. Self-referrals, same-device referrals, or other attempts to manipulate the referral system are blocked or flagged. Confirmed fraud reverses the reward on both sides.

5. Lucky Wheels (Lootbox)

Lucky Wheels is an optional in-app engagement feature using virtual coins. Wheel spins may grant virtual rewards such as lootbox coins, game tickets, or other in-app items. These rewards have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and do not count toward cash payout.

Where applicable, reward categories or odds-style information may be displayed in the interface for user understanding, but DrawMind does not represent Lucky Wheels as a gambling product, cash game, or money-making opportunity.

A configured pity mechanism may provide a guaranteed in-app reward after a defined number of low-result spins. This mechanism is for entertainment and user experience balancing only.

6. Shop

Shop is for in-app virtual items, such as cosmetics, badges, and other eligible digital rewards. Real Coins may be used for eligible game and virtual-item features; they do not unlock DrawMind statistical analysis and cannot be used to purchase PDF reports. Standard web memberships are purchased through Gumroad and activated manually under the membership policy. Telegram Stars memberships follow their separate purchase flow.

If an eligible in-app virtual item fails to deliver due to a technical issue, support may review it and either retry delivery or refund the relevant in-app coins. This does not apply to membership activation, PDF delivery, or a payment-provider refund.

7. Eligibility & Conduct

You must meet the minimum age required to use Telegram and the minimum age required to access lottery-related entertainment or statistical content in your jurisdiction. Where local law requires a higher age, the higher age applies.

Do not use DrawMind if you are not legally allowed to access this type of content in your jurisdiction.

Do not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the system. Repeated abuse may result in a permanent leaderboard ban or account restriction.

8. Changes

We may update game economy parameters, rewards, costs, thresholds, tournament rules, and feature availability over time for balancing, security, or operational reasons.

Material changes, such as pricing, refund policy, privacy practices, eligibility requirements, or major service restrictions, will be communicated through the Mini App, bot, or another reasonable channel before or when they take effect.

Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of DrawMind is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /game/legal/privacy.

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how users may request deletion or correction.

11. Limitation of Liability

DrawMind is provided for entertainment, research, and statistical exploration purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific game outcomes, lottery outcomes, rewards, or user profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSReports / DrawMind is not responsible for losses, damages, missed opportunities, gameplay interruptions, data delays, settlement delays, third-party payment issues, Telegram platform issues, or user decisions based on statistical forecasts or gameplay results.

DrawMind is not financial, gambling, betting, investment, or lottery purchasing advice.

12. Termination & Account Restriction

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to DrawMind features if we detect abuse, fraud, automation, duplicate-account manipulation, referral abuse, coin exploitation, leaderboard manipulation, payment abuse, or attempts to reverse-engineer the system.

Users may request account deletion or data review through support, subject to retention of records required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, interface elements, game mechanics, text, graphics, logos, badges, cosmetics, reports, statistical models, and software used in DrawMind are owned by or licensed to DSReports / DrawMind.

Users may not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the service without permission.

14. Tournaments

Tournament entries use Real Coins only. Trial Coins, free games, promotional sessions, or admin test sessions do not count toward tournament scoring.

Tournament entry costs are non-refundable after joining, except where the platform cancels a tournament due to an administrative or technical issue.

Tournament rewards are virtual in-app coin rewards only. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and have no value outside DrawMind.

DrawMind may scale tournament rewards based on actual participation and virtual reward pool size. DrawMind may disqualify users from tournament rankings for abuse, duplicate accounts, automation, suspicious activity, or rules violations.

15. Cosmetics, Badges, Levels

Cosmetics, badges, levels, titles, avatar frames, and profile styles are virtual in-app items. They do not affect official lottery outcomes, do not guarantee game success, and have no cash value.

Some cosmetics or badges may require Real Coins, membership tier eligibility, level eligibility, tournament achievement, or other in-app conditions. Level unlocks may grant purchase eligibility only and do not automatically grant cosmetic items unless explicitly stated.

16. Hint Cards & Second Chance

Hint Cards provide limited soft signals or interface assistance. They do not reveal guaranteed correct answers and do not guarantee better results.

Second Chance, where available, may allow limited edits to a user's own pending picks before applicable cutoff or settlement conditions. It does not change the draw target, does not generate a new official outcome, and does not guarantee improved results.

Any Hint Card or Second Chance purchase uses in-app virtual coins and may be final once used, except where the system automatically applies a partial refund due to a fallback result or clear technical error.
