DrawMind is built for entertainment and curiosity about public draw patterns — not as a way to make money. This page explains how to keep play healthy and where to find help.
1. Play for fun, not for profit
DrawMind is a prediction game and statistical-challenge experience. It is meant for entertainment and curiosity about public draw patterns — not as a way to make money. Treat your time and any coin purchases the way you would any other paid entertainment.
2. This is not gambling
DrawMind is not a lottery seller, casino, betting platform, or cash-prize service. Coins and in-app items are virtual only: they have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be resold. No real money is wagered or paid out through DrawMind. Draw outcomes are random — no model, prediction, or paid feature can guarantee a result.
3. Keep your play healthy
• Play because you enjoy it, not to "win back" anything. • Decide in advance how much time and money you're comfortable spending. • Take regular breaks. • Never spend more than you can comfortably afford — coin purchases are always optional, and you can keep playing with free coins. • Don't let play interfere with sleep, work, relationships, or finances.
4. Spending stays in your control
Buying coins is always optional. Free daily games and free coins let you play without paying. Membership and coin purchases are conveniences, never requirements. Before buying, check the price shown at checkout — purchases of delivered or used digital coins or items may be final except where the law or our refund terms provide otherwise.
5. Age requirement
You must meet the minimum age required to use Telegram and the minimum age required to access lottery-related entertainment or statistical content in your jurisdiction. Where local law requires a higher age, the higher age applies. Do not use DrawMind if you are not legally allowed to access this type of content where you live.
6. If it stops being fun
Watch for warning signs in yourself or others: • Spending more time or money than intended. • Trying to "chase" a result or recover a perceived loss. • Feeling anxious, irritable, or secretive about play. • Play affecting money, mood, or relationships.
If any of these sound familiar, take a break and consider setting stricter limits. You can ask support to restrict or close your account at any time (see Terms of Service §12).
7. Getting help
If you or someone you know is affected by gambling-related or spending-related harm, free, confidential support is available:
• United States — National Problem Gambling Helpline: call or text 1-800-522-4700, or chat at ncpgambling.org (24/7). • Canada — contact your provincial problem-gambling help line, or ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 (24/7). • Elsewhere — please reach out to a local support service in your country.
