1. What We Collect

We may collect the following data:

• Telegram user ID • Telegram display name and username • Language preference • Gameplay sessions and prediction entries • Coin balances and Real Coins / Trial Coins records • Tournament participation and rankings • Cosmetics, badges, and level progress • Support messages • Payment status metadata from supported payment providers

We do not store full payment card numbers or banking credentials. Those are handled by the payment provider directly.

2. How We Use Data

3. Public Display

Some data is shown publicly or semi-publicly inside DrawMind:

• Your display name or username on the leaderboard • Your tournament rank and score • Your earned badges • Equipped cosmetics on your profile header • Other public profile elements

If you do not want your display name shown publicly, you can change your Telegram display settings or contact support.

4. Payment Data

Payments are processed by supported third-party payment providers such as Telegram Stars and future web payment providers. DrawMind does not store full payment card information.

We may store payment metadata such as transaction status, package purchased, and timestamp, in order to deliver in-app coins and resolve support requests.

5. Third-Party Services

DrawMind operates with the help of several third-party services:

• Telegram — platform hosting and user authentication • Hosting provider — runs the Mini App • Database provider — stores user and gameplay data • Payment provider(s) — process purchases • Error monitoring service (such as Sentry) — collects technical diagnostics

Error monitoring may collect technical diagnostics such as device or browser information, error traces, and non-sensitive identifiers. Sensitive payment credentials are not intentionally sent to error monitoring.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We may use local storage or essential cookies for language preference, theme, session state, and app functionality. No third-party advertising tracking cookies are used unless added later and clearly disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, gameplay, coin ledger, and transaction records as long as needed to operate the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain audit records.

Some records, such as coin ledger entries, payment audit logs, anti-abuse records, and tournament settlement records, may be retained for an extended period for security and compliance reasons.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support through the official bot.

9. Children and Age

DrawMind is intended only for users who meet the minimum age required to use Telegram and any applicable age requirement for lottery-related entertainment content in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from minors below the required age.

If we discover that we have collected data from a user below the required age, we will delete it without unnecessary delay.
